Lisa has worked at the Playgroup since 2010. She first became involved in the Playgroup as a volunteer when her children attended and began working here when her youngest moved onto school. Lisa has a level 3 qualification in the Children and Young People's Workforce as well as a Degree in German from the University of Wales,

Bangor. Lisa became the Playgroup Leader in 2016 and very much enjoys the community spirit of the Playgroup, working closely with the parents who make up the Committee and getting to know the local children and their families.

Rebecca started working at the Playgroup in September 2021. She really enjoys doing different activities with the children and building good relationships with them. Before joining Playgroup she worked as a teaching assistant in a primary school. She has two children of her own.

Sian began working at Bathampton Playgroup in 2023 and has worked in childcare for 20 years. She holds a degree in Childhood and Youth Studies and loves to be creative when at comes to the children’s activities, such as making crafts and exciting tuff trays for the children.

At home she has 2 children that keep her busy.
